As each item is embroidered to order, please be sure you have selected the proper size for yourself. Returns are NOT accepted for size issues. As the items are completed, we will email you that the item is done. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your online order. The shipping costs are added at checkout and will be mailed to you through USPS.

Due to supply chain issues, we may substitute another brand of equal quality to fulfill your order. Please be patient with with us during these supply chain issues; some items may take longer than others to receive. If you don't want us to substitute, please indicate that in the special comment area.
